  I'd had it with Verizon so I (reluctantly) went to check out Sprint. After all, they say their network has improved (who doesn't say that?). I got into the store and was greeted by two friendly and knowledgeable sales associates. They listened as I explained my needs and proposed a great deal. My phones would improve and my service package was much better, for far less than I was paying Verizon! I wasn't totally sold on the network coverage, though. I decided to take the chance anyway. That was 2 weeks ago. I can say I've had precisely zero issues and I am happy with my switch to Sprint.

  After being with AT&T for almost 10 years, I came into the Covington Sprint location to see what other options were out there. Michael and Izzy were able to give me a great deal on a new iPhone and cut my bill in almost half of what I was paying. Every time I've had a question or problem, the staff has been so helpful. This is the only location I'll go to now!
